Qualifications:
*A WOW Customer Service Attitude
*Friendly, Knowledgeable, Professional
*A passion for troubleshooting & problem solving.
*Computing skills across the Windows and Macintosh Platforms.
*Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite although
Specialized software experience is a plus!
*Previous work experience that includes customer interaction.
*Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
*Prefer Sophomore or higher standing
