After school help is needed Monday-Friday from 2:30-6:00 p.m. at Girls Incorporated of Monroe County to facilitate programming in the areas of careers and life planning, health and sexuality, leadership and community action, sports and adventure, self-reliance and life skills and culture and heritage.
Additional volunteers are needed to participate as sports coaches and programming aids after 6 p.m. and on the weekends.
Interested volunteers must attend one of the upcoming orientations on September 10th, 11th, 14th, 21st or October 2nd. All orientations take place at Girls Inc. Minimum age is 18. For more information contact: Ashley Flora at 336-7313 or volunteergirlsinc@yahoo.com (www.girlsinc-monroe.org).
